All sales on Syntax Project Solutions are for digital products, including templates, tools, and downloadable resources.

Because these are virtual items, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased and delivered. Please read the information below carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for refunds

Due to the nature of digital products:

• Once a download link or file has been provided, the product cannot be returned.
• We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases or for change of mind.

Defective or inaccessible downloads

If your download is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible, we will:

1. Attempt to provide a working replacement file.

3. Only consider a refund if we cannot resolve the issue.

Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with details and screenshots if possible.

No physical returns

Since all products are delivered digitally:

• There is no physical shipping involved.
• You do not need to return anything to us.

Sale items

All sales, including discounted or promotional items, are final. No refunds or exchanges apply to sale items.

Gifts

If a digital product was purchased as a gift and sent directly to the recipient:

• Refunds are not available.
